I love this store for their great service and if they don't have what you want, they will order it.  You can get in and out quickly.

Most of the people at the pharmacy are nice, but the night staff is the definition of lazy. I don't know if things are different in Gary or something, but every job I've ever closed at, we were up and running until the minute we close. That means we could have a close time of 10pm and a customer could come in at 9:59 and we'd have to serve them. Sure, it's a little annoying and inconvenience when a customer comes in that late, but it's part of the closers' jobs. I went to this Fagan at 6:30pm on a Saturday and when I tried to enter, the security guard stopped me. 'Sorry, we're only letting people put, not in.' He said. I replied, 'But it's only 6:30, you guys don't close until 7, right?' He replied, 'Yeah, but we want to get out of here at 7.' I tried to explain to him that that's not how closing works, but it was in vain. It's disgusting to know that managers these days are so pathetic and lazy that they actually think it's okay to make a business and its customers accommodate THEM. The worst part is that this is a PHARMACY. What if a person worked late or something else put of their control, and made it there as early as possible to get their lifesaving medicine, only to be turned away by these lazy animals? Of course, no one at this store will ever be held accountable or be forced to change because it's an all black store. And it'd be racist to tell a black person they're doing something wrong. I sure hope they don't turn away one of their own and end up causing a death or serious injury.

This FAGEN is great for being open late. when all other fagens are closed they stay open later an open on Sundays.. There staff is awesome too and fairly quick getting prescriptions ready fast.
