I called in to this place to ask a question about "compounding Testosterone" she said  they couldn't discuss it over the phone. I get there and another lady tells me that they don't do compounding and that they send it out to another lab. What a waste of time. I drove all the way there in rush hour traffic for information they could have given me over the phone. Just say "No, we do not carry that controlled substance." Customer service is also being honest.

If I could give a -10 I would!  Worst experience EVER with a pharmacy!  The staff and pharmacist are low class -- they yell at me as their customer, then when I yell back they refuse my service!  They tell me my prescriptions will be ready on Friday, but need to run my insurance card.  I come in on Sunday, prescriptions are not ready, and they argue with me about my coverage, and apparently refuse service because I don't have an insurance card but only a discount prescription card.  RIDICULOUS!  DO NOT ever go to the Fagen Pharmarcy in Hammond Clinic on Calumet Avenue in Munster.  Atrocious, unprofessional staff.  And to make matters worse, they tell me none of my prescriptions are asthma medication......um, you don't realize that my two inhalers and Singulair are asthma medication and you are working at a pharmacy??! SCARY!!!

I love this Fagan pharmacy in the Hammond Clinic. I have never waited longer than 15 mins for my meds.They have a wonderful staff there & both pharmacist are awesome :)

It is usually a 10 minute wait. Very fast and friendly staff.
