I was in an auto accident caused by a drunk driver. Bill Failey was excellent with communication, caring and getting a settlement in a timely manner.  I would highly recommend Failey law if you want to get results!

I was in a car accident and my insurance company was not paying my wage loss, or any my medical bills.  I contacted Bill, he got me paid, my medical bills paid, and now I am able to get surgery.   .....Thank you Bill!

Bill was awesome at helping me through my car accident. He was very helpful and timely with getting this resolved. He fought to get this settled in a timely manner and to get the most out of it.  He is also very professional with you and the case it self. I would highly recommend him to anybody that has had a car accident.
