Mr. Troy Haney is an excellent attorney! Very professional, with tremendous negotiation skills and a A + team!  

He took on my case after many refusal of others experienced attorneys. I can be a difficult person to deal with because I am very detailed oriented and like to surround myself with efficient yet respectuous and compassionate individuals.  He took the time to study my risky and difficult disability case under ERISA laws with no guaranty of success and explaining in details the flaws and the strengths of the case.

Mr. Troy Haney is very knowledgeable of the ERISA laws and I know now, will fight, with all he got, for all employees with private disability plan who were wrongfully denied.
