I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.  THEY HAVE THE BEST DEALS I HAVE EVER SEEN AND I'M FROM SACRAMENTO FIGURE THAT ONE OUT. IT DOESN'T TAKE A GUINEOUS ... THEY ALSO TAKE ANY TRADE IN. THE PRICES ARE GREAT . YOU WON'T REGRET IT , GIVE THEM A TRY. WHAT HAVE YOU GOT TO LOOSE !?!??

The actual car buying went well. It's the experience, afterwards. Sensor lights went on immediately, (on the way home). And the person that sold me the vehicle, promised a quick fix. I went back several times, and they expect me to take time off from my job,(while I lose money), to come and get my truck repaired. And the people in the service department acted like I was wasting THIER time. And good luck getting your calls answered. I'm just going to get it repaired by a different Chevy dealership.   
Worst customer service around here. Take your business to Vallejo Chevy dealership.

Everytime I have come here for oil change and request carwash and their answer is ,the carwash is broken and parts has been ordered and part takes 2yrs to get here.This carwash was promised when my husband bought the car,so I think the promise was a way to sell the car.

Called Mr. Ojeda (service advisor) about discrepancies on a repair order. It states the Mechanic couldn't find a crack in my friends exhaust manifold and the adviser had the tech. replace it anyways. 
GMC Terrains 2011 in my case have a piston rings problem. 
You burn alot of oil and it fouls everything south of your engine block. Catalytic converters, O2 sensors and what have you. There is also technical and corporate service bulletins on this well documented problem and I brought this to Mr. Ojedas attention and he has failed to call me back. 
I even went to the dealership with all the documents and the descrepencies on the RO and they made copies of it, told me we would be in contact, and I have never heard from them.
Shady business practices here. They will take advantage of your ignorance. They took advantage of my friend and Me (being a tech as well) diagnosed her problems properly and didn't just start swapping parts.
GMC Terrain also has a throttle position sensor problem.
26 dollar part and less than an hour to replace. Yet they sold my friend 2700+ dollars worth of useless repairs she didn't need. 
Please when you walk into here to get your vehicle serviced, do your research first. It will save you money.

I found a used car available at their dealership website. I called and spoke with a woman who told me someone would call me back soon to confirm any information and answer any questions I had. She would also email me with any details, including what time slots they had for me and my mom (an hour away) could come look at the car. 

The next day I called in to ask about coming down to see the car but needed to find the earliest time they had. The person I spoke with was Mike, who is not only the sales manager (his words) but, according to an employee, also owned the Chevy and Subaru dealership. I explained the situation and that my mother would have a long drive to come see the car and potentially buy it. He reassured me I could come in half hour before they opened the next morning and he'd personally take care of us. I then explicitly asked "this may sound like a stupid question but I just need to confirm you still have the car." His response was "yes sir." 

We get there at 8:30 and Lupida assisted us. She spent 15 minutes looking for keys and eventually after about half an hour passed she was able to confirm that they had sold the car two days ago. While scrambling around she apologized and said she's only worked there for about a week. She was trying to be nice but you could cut the uneasiness with a knife. Note that Mike was no where to be found at 9:06 am, 36 minutes after he said he'd be there to personally assist us. She said he lived in Davis and sometimes had to hurry over. Kind of makes you wonder what she's been told about the owner since she's only worked there about a week. 

She tried to show us another Mazda that was on the Subaru lot just across the lot. Not surprisingly we overheard someone tell her that one too was already sold. At that point we were disgusted with the entire situation and left. 

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. My experience with the owner/sales manager tells me everything I need to know, from the top down, about what kind of business this is.
