Took my car here for its maintenance check and was really pleased with all the service that I got. Really a nice group of people. Was impressed that they text me and told me that the cabin filter and the engine filter were really dirty and need it changing and they left the old filters in a box on my front seat so I could see how dirty they were. I will definitely be coming back to Fairfield Subaru

Service department was great. No major complaints with the mechanics, but our service rep Ramon was phenomenal. He made sure our work was covered by our warranty and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Can't stress enough how happy we were with Ramon

Ive been there before gary was out service provider and did a great job.  But bow i have a new person and they...forgot they had my car.  How!?  Hopefully they do a better job in the future.

Tony was great! Honestly- I came in to the store today upset and not happy. I had ordered a car over a week ago with a different salesperson and it still had not arrived. No one knew what was going on with that car or where it was. Tony and the owner were quick to make me feel welcome and understood. They worked hard to get me into a car like the one I ordered. It is actually a better car, for not much of a price difference. 

Thank you, Tony! I walked in mad, but now I'm a happy girl!

Jon and Tony worked as a team to help me with my new 2018 Outback customer purchase and delivery. They truly went above beyond. Tony's customer service is bar none! They kept their word on every aspect and had extreme patience with all my knit pics! I had many! However, they never made me feel anything but supported.
