Conveniently located next a large shopping plaza, restaurants, and highway. Rooms and service way above the price paid - extremely good value. Hotel workers go above and beyond to make sure your needs and desires are met, my stay included a personalized, hand-written thank you note which was appreciated. Amenities were satisfactory, parking was always available and free, pool was nice. The breakfast was of surprisingly good quality. If I visit again I will definitely return and would highly recommend.

Nice location near Azusa Pacific main campus. Outdoor pool & hot tub. Good hot breakfast selection included. Free guest parking. Variety of nearby restaurant options.

This place has been outstanding. I had an overextended stay due to work, so I became familiar with a lot of the employees. They were all very kind. My room was very nice, and house keeping was top notch.  The breakfast has many options to choose from.  There is pool and hot tub, but I didn't take advantage of them. The hotel was clean and kept up. If I ever return to the Pomona area, I will stay here again.

Only stayed for 2 nights, but front desk was attentive and courteous. Complimentary breakfast was good and we'll stocked. Only complaint was the elevator was very slow. Definitely would stay again next time we are in the area.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in the West Covina-Pomona area.

I booked here after I had a terrible experience with the LaQuinta Pomona. I was visiting for a funeral. When I explained what happened to my reservation at the LaQuinta, this Marriott hooked me up with bereavement leave discount, military discount with my brother in law, and had excellent service. It was night and day comparison.

The rooms were fully serviced and cleaned. The front desk service was excellent and referred to me as Mr. Bennett each time I passed by, and would inquire if everything was going alright or if I needed anything, to which many times I said yes and thank you since I was passing by quite a lot. I booked two rooms and they were right next to each other which was a plus. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had and was delicious, and I'm not a morning person. Out of all my hotel experience, this one truly made me feel like a VIP. In fact, as of writing this review, I am surprised to find this labeled as a 2-star hotel, the service and staff made this feel at least 3-star if not 4-star.

I was very happy booking here after experiencing the disservice and uncleanliness of the LaQuinta, and will be booking here from now on whenever I visit West Covina-Pomona.
