Very nice and peaceful place to live at. And also a very clean none trouble area with nice and respectful neighbors.

less than one star. Manager is mean and doesn't obey the rules, writes you up for dumb things. don't recommend this place to anyone. worse place I ever lived.  Manager will get you for the stupidest things if she doesn't like you. people are nice if you get to know them.  Rip off of your money mobile homes stay empty long times and are not so clean inside. Wasted money time and life there, don't buy here.
