Stayed here 2 times and I wasn't disappointed either time. Good breakfast and good hospitality. Very comfy beds.

Pretty standard but comfortable room. Bathroom ok and even slightly larger than some higher end hotels. Breakfast is basic but straightforward. Also like the idea that there is coffee available 24/7 in the lobby and that I can help myself. I miss this at a lot of hotels, especially the more expensive ones. Recommended for a no fuss basic stay

I am not one to ever write a bad review I believe everyone deserves a chance to redeem themselves, but after my experience I would never want anybody else to go through this. First, we had ants in our room. All over the bed, nothing is worse than trying to sleep and feel little Critters crawling on you. They were not only in our room but in the pool area too. Second my husband is diabetic so we have to chill his insulin, with the amount we paid for this room it is absolutely insane we did not have a small refrigerator microwave nothing of that sorts. It was cold enough that I could leave his insulin in my vehicle but I had to run back and forth when he needed it. Third, most people go to hotels to get some rest, this was not the case we had been placed next to the stairway where people were up and down up and down all night banging slamming things. We had people knock on our door at 2 a.m. do not disturb sign was clearly on the outside of our door. We have children so I can sleep through noise but this was just absurd. I addressed these issues with the front desk, even ask to speak to a manager I was very polite about it. I was told there is no manager on duty and there's nothing that they can do for me except I can leave a phone number and they will give me a call to try and resolve the bad experience we had...... well it's been a day now no call. (Imagine that) The lady at the front desk didn't really seem to care about any of the issues. VERY Bad experience for the $$.

Nice hotel. The rooms seem clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a good selection. The furnishings are a bit basic, but this wasn't a big deal. Two issues - I'd like the room to be cooler in the winter, but even with the system off it was too warm. I wish there was a fridge on the room too. Also, apparently they're switching to requiring a key card to turn on power in the room. I've found this leads to forgetting the key card, which can be very frustrating.

Nice and roomy but pool was closed when we were there with 2 groups of basketball teams. We wished we were warned the pool is the reason our teams chose the hotel
