The service was extremely slow upon arriving to check in, we had to announce ourselves before we were noticed. To top it off, the mean lady at the front on 09/13 at 5:00 pm was very rude to my son when he asked if she could open the pool and explained how we could only use the pool during the time that we were checked in... would it kill her or hurt the business to let me and a five year old enjoy the pool... if we were an old couple or asked a different EMPLOYEE would we have been granted entry? Who knows I'll never find out because that's the last time this hotel will get business from me and I will be sure to tell anyone who will listen what a sad experience this hotel provides their customers with. Customers are the reason you have a job girl, be humble...

The service was great, I was greeted with a cup of later with limes or a cup of coffee without hesitation as I walked in the door. This place was very clean when I walked into the hotel.. I the room was a great amount of space and the pool was perfect(maybe just a tad bit to warm) and nut all in all I have no complaints epically compared to the sleep in who has dirty or stained linens. So yes the Fairfield inn is a by far the best hotel I have experienced Out of the all the other 10 or so hotels in the area. . . . . . . . . . . . . . Stayed here one night during a road trip. Hotel was clean and the Continental breakfast is definitely a better one out there! Two types of eggs, two types of sausages, Greek yogurt - protein is rare at hotel breakfast! My on complaint was that the bed was retry hard, but that's just personal preference. The hotel was right off the highway and easy to access.

Check in staff could bring friendlier. Lobby furniture needs a good cleaning. Room was great.
