Fairview Flower Shop, Inc. has proudly served Decatur and Metro Atlanta and the nation for 100 years. Our business is located across the street from Dekalb Medical Center and A S Turner Funeral Home. We are family owned and operated.

Fairview flower shop is the best! I ordered flowers online for a friend that's been going through a tough time and come to find out Fairview doesn't deliver in her area. The employee spoke with the manager and they agreed to deliver 40 min away. That was so nice and to make it even better my friend said the flowers were beautiful ! So thank you once again for helping me put a smile on her face.

Horrible customer service. I loved the woman who took my order originally, but when I called for a photo before they were sent out (I included this request when I placed my order), the second woman said they would not help me and that if the driver left before hand, "Oh well." I was very disappointed in my treatment and thought it wasn't too much to ask for a simple photo of a product I paid for. Will not be returning.

Horrible florist. You don't want to order from here. They have a bad attitude. They never check their email for whatever reason. You can pay online with your card and get an automatic email with order details in it - and I'm sure that they have to look at that order from there - yet they cannot check their email or be bothered enough to respond to you. The Customer Service here is non-existent. I ordered flowers that never got delivered. Why? The lady prepping the orders for the driver apparently wrote the wrong street name. So, the driver delivered them to a dishonest person up the street. When I called (took me 3 days to find out from them), she acted like it was a typical thing that she made a mistake. "That's probably why....I wrote the wrong street name on it." Ya think? Then it was assumed that I still wanted flowers delivered 3 days late. Now why would I want that? You've MISSED the occasion already. Why would they want late flowers? Absolutely horrible. I'll never buy from here again. Oh, and if you're "local" like their web site says (free delivery for local orders)...I guarantee that you'll get charged $13 for "not being local" in their eyes. Local must mean that you have to be a few houses away from their business instead of 2-3 miles.
