Lila and Gresham's exceeded my expectations. I called around 1:30pm or so and needed a delivery that afternoon. It arrived at around 4pm. Also Lila sensed that it was important to me and went the extra mile, doing a striking arrangement of a dozen roses in a surprise bed of white flowers. Amazing! It was a big hit. Also it's been two days and they are opening up beautifully like velvet. Lila is my go-to from now on for flowers. Thanks Lila!

Flowers were very nice, but I can't help but rate 2 stars because of 1) the service and 2) the delay in delivery. I ordered an arrangement yesterday around noon and was told it would be delivered the same day (which is the primary reason I placed the order in the first place). I called around 2 PM to check on the status, to which the lady responded, "I'm not seeing it in our system." I provided her with the order number as she said she would call right back. Fast forward a couple hours... still no call back. So I call her again. She says "Yes, sorry. The billing address was incorrect." So I provide her with the correct one, and she says that she doesn't have an ETA on delivery, but that it would be delivered sometime in the afternoon. I asked AGAIN to confirm that it will definitely be delivered that day, and she said it would be. I tried calling back around 5 o'clock since I was skeptical, and no one answered the phone, although they are allegedly open until 6 PM. Surely enough, there was a reason for my skepticism -- it was not delivered until around 3 PM today. I was extremely disappointed with your service, overpromises, and lack of communication. Do not advertise and then verbally confirm same-day delivery if it's untrue. Will be very reluctant to ever order from y'all again.

Lila is great! I had flowers delivered to a hotel and the service was quick and stunning. Really beautiful work that was handled with quick care. Definitely recommend.

I wanted to have a last minute romantic night for my boyfriends birthday , so I drove around Atlanta looking for real rose petals and came across Gresham’s. I bought two large boxes of red rose petals, the price was perfect, the packaging is tasteful & I really a appreciate them for being available for me ! Definitely will shop again
