If I were to do it again, I'd go somewhere else. I bought a 2016 (used) Expedition EL from here. Fairway was one of the 4 dealers in driving range, the furthest I was willing to go was was San Diego. I felt like they were the typical used car sales from the start. They admitted their sales team was on commission, that always makes me nervous. It was supposed to be a CPO vehicle, when we get it though, one of the seat belts in the back bench was mangled and the facade for the passenger airbag was pushed in (broken). It took these guys almost a week of finger pointing to figure out who, internally, would be responsible for the repair. When I mentioned the seat belt to them the sales guy pretty much just brushed me off. It would have cost me $100 to fix at Citrus motors, but the guys at Citrus hooked me up and gave me the part that was going to cost for free. Turns out too, the seat belt part that was broken was under a super extended warranty due to CA law, so that was free anyway. To sum it all up, if you get a "CPO" from these guys, go over (literally) every square inch of the car to get a good idea what you're getting. If you can help it, go somewhere else. I hate to see bad service get rewarded by more customers. And congrats to those of you with good experiences, I'm sure they're ok if you get a new car, since they're all shiny from the factory.

After having a bad experience at another dealership, I wasn't too excited to start over. But fairway ford really turned around the car buying experience for me! I came to look at a specific car they had listed at a low price online, told them my budget for payments and they worked with me (even with my less than perfect credit). They even lowered the online price without me having to ask. Walked away with the car I wanted in less than a couple hours. Customer service was excellent and a big thank you to John Kemper! He was so helpful during the entire experience. He didn't pressure me to make a sale, but gave me the best advice and made me feel so comfortable. Great sense of humour and couldn't have asked for a better sales representative. When he handed me the keys, I had to hold back the urge to hug him! I am very satisfied with my purchase and if there's anyone planning on coming in, keep an eye out for John. Will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car without the headache.

We just bought a new F150 from Brett today and what a great experience. So easy and helpful. I would highly recommend checking our Fairway and seeing Brett. I felt like family from the minute I started working with them.

*DO NOT EVER BUY OR SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE* My family and I have bought many cars and trucks from this dealership. I bought both of my f150's here and both times my trucks have had catastrophic problems with the power train that were both under manufacture warranty. It was upon my last visit that i was done with this dealership, I brought in my 2011 F150 5.0 4x4 (in which i had purchased from them 3 years ago) with a 7 year or 100,000 mile power train warranty, and bought the truck from them at 39,000 miles in 2014. I currently have 85,000 miles on the truck. Upon 60,000 miles I developed a knock in the engine. I am very meticulous with my truck, and run synthetic oil and keep up on regular scheduled maintenance. To make a long story short, took my truck to McCoy Mills Ford in Fullerton. They found the problem that resulted in a complete short block replacement. Of course this was all covered under my warranty. I ABSOLUTELY PAYED NO MONEY FOR THIS REPLACEMENT/WORK. Fairway however, was going to charge me 600$ for tear down and then realized the problem, to only call me and tell me this in normal in every 5.0 coyote motor(knocking is not normal in any engine)they waved the service mechanics fee and got me outta their hair as soon as possible. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP.
