Came in the replace two front tires. Tires were not in stock at site but is at werehouse. Left the car. Received prompt phone call when the manager found out tires were not available at the closest location. Revised pickup time. Received called back that front struts were shot. Was provided with revised quote. The promise time for pick up was 6 PM. They finished by 5:30PM. Overall had great communication and also got some tips on proper tire care etc. Definitely a conscientious merchant. Would return again.

If only you could give zero stars. This was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. The store manager Joe lied to me 3 times about when my car would be ready, miss charged my card by $1,100 and has told me I will be refunded for nearly 3 weeks and I have not seen a penny refunded.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY SERVICE!! Had them replace my water pump that was going out. They claim to have a master mechanic, but the mechanic that did the repair did not know what he was doing, or how to do the job. I had to tell them it was necessary to remove the timing belt even though we ordered a replacement along with the water pump. I could have done the job better myself. Missing bolts, that I had to replace. Found the mechanics socket rolling around in the engine compartment. Called and left message for the owner, he never returned my call! Find a reputable repair shop if you need your car serviced. Save the time and frustration of bringing it here!!!

Managers here are rude with horrible customer service. Needed to break the bead on a tire on my beadlock wheel that would take 5 seconds and instead he wanted to write up a full work order. Workers are willing to help but managers arent. Will continue to go to Allen's tire down the street Update: in and out of Allen's tire in less the a minute. No work order no cost. That's how you keep customers coming back!
