Faith Electric, Inc., has gained its recognition for its honesty and integrity in the field of electrical installation and repair. Established in Edmond, Oklahoma Faith Electric, Inc., is proud of its thirty four years of extensive experience. We strive to supply our customers with the highest quality service. We serve the areas of Oklahoma City Metro and Central Oklahoma. In 2012 Generac Power Systems awarded Faith Electric the National Dealer of the Year Award and again in 2013 Faith Electric was awarded the Priemer Status Award, the only receipient in Oklahoma to receive the award. I've had 3 encounters with Faith Electric and all have had to do with home generators. The first was great, we had just bought a house with a whole-home generator and I had them come out to change the oil and show me the ins and outs of the system. The tech was great in explaining everything. A year later I had them come out to change the oil again but I wasn't there for a before-agreed-upon price, something like $40. The tech proceeded to without authorization from me change out the air filter and oil filter and I got a bill for $240. When I called the tech and the office they would not work with me and I paid the bill after vowing to never do business with them again. Fast forward, just bought a house in Edmond with a generator which is running flawlessly. Got a notice on the door from Faith that we needed to do yearly preventative maintenance; I went out to the generator (I check it weekly) and the diagnostic screen said the battery was bad. I checked the battery (full charge) and reset the warning light. It's still running weekly and testing out fine. Interesting that the warning light came on right after they checked my generator...I know lots of reviewers have had excellent service from this company but my experience has been less than satisfactory.

Had Faith Electric put in a whole house generator. On the Generac site they are a Power Pro Premier dealer and yet also came in with the best pricing out of the bids we have received. The generator was installed quickly and efficiently. Follow up service has been great as well. Kudos

From beginning to end, everyone was so helpful & friendly. They got to us sooner than expected & that was amazing. Faith Electric is now on speed dial for any of our future needs! So awesome! Thank you Faith Electric!

Faith Electric's team was a consummate group of pros. They made us feel confident that we were in the hands of knowledgeable professionals who had our family's well being in mind. They let us know everything that was going to happen beforehand so we were well prepared. The Faith Electric Team was curtious and there were no surprises. Everyone on their team took their time to answer any question we had and made sure we understood, from team leaders all the way through their rank. They were quick and the made the job look easy. When it was finished they cleaned up and made sure there were no loose ends, even going over-and-above to make certain pre-existing equipment was up to code. Everything, from all electrical, to gas line, connections, switches, and permits, even making the appointments for city inspectors (to inspect and pass the install) was turn-key. I could not imagine doing this project on my own. Money well spent!

I bought a Siemens 220V electric vehicle charger. It uses a NEMA 6-50 plug, draws 30 amps and the instructions indicate that a 40 amp breaker is required. I told the estimator that I wanted the outlet on the left side of the stud and indicated how high on the wall I wanted the outlet (see photos). I provided the estimator a link to the installation instructions for the unit so that he could see why I wanted the outlet on the left-hand side of the stud. The charger has a mounting plate that may be screwed into the stud when the outlet is installed on the left-hand side of the stud. When mounted this way, the plug is hidden behind the charger. The charger may be easily removed by sliding it up off of the adapter. I took time off to monitor the installation. The appointment was for 8:00AM. They showed up without the outlet that would be needed to complete the work. It appears that they had to leave to go shopping to buy one. They came back with the part and started the installation. I should have sat there and watched them do it. They did not put the outlet at the height I wanted it. They put it so low that I cannot put the charger over the outlet. They also mounted the charger, which I did not expect or want them to do, using tabs directly on the charger instead of using the mounting plate. They did not explain why they did not or could not do what I wanted. Also, during the installation, wires in the outlet were shorted, so I have some black marks on my wall. It took weeks from the time that I requested the estimate until I could have the work done. During this time, I used the trickle charger from the vehicle manufacturer, which is not very convenient. I did not complain or ask them to change the installation because I did not want to delay having the 220V line available for use. UPDATE: The owner called me and agreed to change the installation to what I originally wanted. I have changed my review rating for now. There should be another update coming. UPDATE: Faith Electric came out and moved the outlet this morning.
