Story

Our personal injury and wrongful death cases range from automobile, motorcycle, and trucking accidents to product defect cases. We have served the Androscoggin Valley since our founding in 1891. We are one of Lewiston- Auburn’s best-known firms. We have a history of achieving significant results. In 1996, we obtained what was reported as the largest personal injury verdict in the history of the State of Maine – nearly $4.4 million.

Thought I would share my experiences with Fales & Fales Law Firm. I have hired Tony Ferguson several times. Tony has always taken the time to speak with me to see if he could help me in any way. He and his staff have always made me feel welcome and important and they always went above and beyond. The staff is professional, friendly, and caring. I would hired Fales & Fales again for all of my legal needs.

I went into Fales & Fales, PA after I received a OUI and was given a meeting with Anthony Ferguson who was extremely helpful with the process. His advise was spot on and he even gave me a good assessment as to whether he could do me any good or not. I would (and have) highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking for a good, honest lawyer. DW

Just thought I would share my experience I've had with Fales & Fales, P.A., I've hired Tony as my attorney a few years ago for a food poisoning case. When I first contacted Tony, never knew the guy and no referrals just googling online for attorneys, he was very respectful, listened to my story and was ready to represent me without any issues. He took my case, which I must say followed up with me throughout the whole process with a outstanding communication service! Anytime I would contact his office his staff were very polite and would reach out to Tony for me to discuss the status of my case. I've came across other Lawyers in my past for small claims and I've never met such honest, well respected and best customer service attorney ever. He won my case under 2 months, which was a victory! Tony you are the man and wish you nothing but the best! I will be sending more clients your way! We need more honest attorneys like you in this world. Thank you again and God bless!
