How many more good things can be said? I own a small company, and Jack and Amy handle all my requests. Even when I want to make a bad decision they are in my corner advising me what to do. Jack and Amy make an outstanding team and I can't thank them enough for everything they did in helping me get through my divorce. During my initial consultation, Jack immediately provided a level of confidence that I had not felt from the other lawyers I had met with. He was always honest, realistic and extremely aggressive when the time was right. There was absolutely no stress or drama and both he and Amy were always quick to respond to my questions/concerns to help put my mind at ease. Jack was fantastic in the courtroom and fought hard for me during the entire process. I could not be more happy with the outcome and absolutely recommend Jack and his team at Moncure & Barnicle.

Jack and Amy were rock solid during my custody case. They responded almost immediately to questions I asked via e-mail and continued to reassure me throughout the custody process. I would recommend Jack and his paralegal Amy for issues regarding custody.

There aren't enough STARS on this page to highlight how great this firm is to work with. I went through a very time consuming, rough custody battle. Jack was so good to me, not just as my attorney, but he really listened thoughtfully even through my tears. His assistant Amy is amazing as well. If Jack wasn't around, she was always responsive to my immediate need. My kids are in a great spot and I could not be more thankful for the people who made it all happen for my family.
