Called these folks out to fix a water well pump problem. Father & son came out. Nice people, but they told us $40 per hour. They didn't tell us that it was per person. So, $80 per hour really. My husband literally did part of the work helping them fix the problem. While the father stood to "supervise". Which he is an older gentleman, so no big deal other then the $80 per hour should be $40 per hour. Even after we paid the bill of around two grand in full, they kept sending us a bill owed of $100. I wouldn't recommend them unless you get all prices in writing up front.
