Probably the worst place ever to have your roof done by. I signed a contract with them. They knew how much my insurance would pay for, and then said they would do it. They didn't do what they said they would and promised. They will break every contact they make with you and then lie to your face about it. I would warn anyone who has to file a claim as they will break contact with you. Be warned. These are vultures that just want to most money out of you then if it isn't enough they will lie to you and make your contact void. On the back of the contract they stated If you break it you haves to go through all these steps to get out of it plus pay a percentage of goods delivered.

Of all of the contractors that we met with to inspect and quote the replacement of our storm damage roof, Mallard was the only one that we felt was honest and forthright. He did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. His crews were efficient, courteous and worked hard to minimize disruption to our home and schedule. Mallard’s quality materials and workmanship gave us the best looking roof in the neighborhood. Manny went above and beyond to help resolve issues with our insurance companies claims process.
