I really enjoyed coming here. Dr.Smith is a natural he makes you feel comfortable and ready to get dental work done. The building was a nice size and staff was friendly.

As a family we are very pleased and happy with our service. Great customer care and excellent dental service. I love how it is family friendly and a great play area for the kids while we are waiting to be seen.

OSHA should be called on this place. If I could record them I would. The lady that worked on my wife didn't have her mask on all the way to the and left her nose out, while working on her. She kept wiping her face with her gloved hand including her nose and hair. The orthodontist did this too. They reused this old knife to mix the impressions. It was caked in the white substance they use and they just reused it! The orthodontist just sits around playing on his phone. And when an assistant shows him something like an impression he barely looks at it and says it's good. Extremely unprofessional. Never ever go here ever. I can not stress this enough!

Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Dr. Nick and Marylou (D.A.) were very nice. Marylou even took the time to check on me the day after my appointment. Thanks Familia Dental!

Also, I agree with another reviewer.. all these other reviews are delusional! Doesn't say how the dentist did! Don't go here. Although, the staff was friendly, professional, the price is nice, and a nice clean office. The dental work is the worst I've had. Years I've had no cavities, this dentist said I had 3, I was shocked, because I go every six months to a dentist. I wasn't going to get them filled, but I live out of town, and it's hard to get to doctors, ect. So, I decided to have them filled. I now regret it, and it's nothing I can redo. I've been twice, and now I am in more pain than the second time he did a correction. I will be paying more money to go to another dentist as soon as I can find one. I just had a salad, and I am in a lot of pain. I've been to "lower cost" dentist, and try not to judge the place by the name, this is the worst!! Perfect Teeth in Albuquerque is much better, for a "low budget" dentist. I absolutely regret getting my "cavities" filled!!!
