Called to see if they accepted walk-ins as my boyfriend had an emergency (tooth broke, had an exposed nerve and was in severe pain). Woman over the phone said no walk-ins but they had an apt available that day at 2pm. We arrive and the receptionist tells me they don't take appointments after 1:30 but they accept walk-ins all day, so we should have come early and he would have been seen. I told her the woman I spoke with over the phone said they didn't accept walk-ins and scheduled an apt for 2pm. Receptionist told me it's a common mistake, the ladies at the call center seem to mess up like that all the time. Dentist took a quick look, said to come back Monday because they were closing. So now my boyfriend is left with severe pain until Monday. Ridiculous.

The care I received was excellent! The staff was friendly and respectful! They made sure I was well taken care of! I will definitely return!

The worst service. 7 appointments and they still have not fixed the her cavity. She needs the laughing gas so we have scheduled her appointments on the days they guaranteed me the laughing gas would be there, the last time we sat in the waiting room for 45 min for them to tell us she wouldn't be seen yet again.

The worst in town. The front desk was rude and the dental assistant didn't know at all how to do her job.

My sister went yesterday and there was a problem with service, but I came to talk to them and they were wonderful They did not make us feel bad for asking questions and told us they understood our anxiety. I definitely recommend this place!
