I came to this office because my dentist isn't open on Saturdays and I had a dental emergency, and they were able to get me in that day. I checked in and immediately noticed the waiting room was absolutely disgusting. The floors were stained, the chairs were all dingy with what looked like grease/sweat stains from where people sat, food crumbs all over the floor. I wanted to get up and run right then and there, but I was in so much discomfort I stuck it out. I got called back, got my x-rays done, signed the forms for the extraction of the problematic tooth, and finally the dentist came in. He never once discussed my x-rays with me, just briefly introduced himself and told me to open up my mouth. I assumed he was just going to examine the tooth, but I was taken back by a needle getting inserted into my jaw. He apparently didn't feel it was necessary to give me a heads up that he was about to start the injections, like every single dentist I've ever gone to has done (not to mention they've always been considerate enough to rub a topical numbing agent on my gums before the injections as well which I've always thought was just standard procedure) After 5 injections, he still couldn't get the tooth numb so he told me I needed to go to an oral surgeon to get the tooth extracted. I asked for a referral to one that accepted my insurance, and the lady handed me a referral sheet that I later realized didn't have any names/offices listed on it whatsoever. I strongly recommend that everyone avoids this place at all costs. Definitely THE WORST experience I've ever had at a dentist office.

I’ve taken my daughter here twice now. The first experience was a bit chaotic as they might’ve overbooked (I think they take walk ins as well) and we were there almost 3 hours before we were completely done with the appointment. This second experience was much better. We went to a late appointment on a Thursday, and it was much better as the whole thing took maybe an hour. The dental assistant and the dentist were both super friendly and helpful. The staff at the reception desk were not so personable, however. Overall, much better experience. Will go again.

The staff was very friendly! My 3 year old was not cooperative and the dentist and assistants were patient and kind with her.
I was very impressed with the way they handled her. 
Although she was too scared to go through with the exam I will definitely bring her back in a few months to try again.

I am only writing this because Familia Dental keeps sending me emails, hounding me to write a review. So, here it is...

 Everything until the actual check-up and cleaning started was fine. The attendants at the front desk were friendly and the X-ray technician was personable and welcoming. However, that all went downhill. The dentist or his assistant did not introduce themselves. The assistant seemed to be reciting memorized lines, like "brush your teeth twice a day, after meals. Be sure to floss and use mouth wash."  The dentist looked at my teeth real quick and told his assistant, "no cavities". Then, the cleaning started. The assistant told me that there would be "water going into my mouth and suction".  During the cleaning, water and plaque and whatever else is in a person's mouth was splayed all over my face...during the entire cleaning. Never once was there an attempt to wipe my face or a "sorry". It was disgusting and rude. The dentist was very rough while cleaning my teeth, painfully rough, and quick, like he was trying to race to finish. He left immediately after he felt the cleaning was complete, without a word. The assistant tried to schedule me an appointment, but I declined and she told me that corporate would probably make an appointment for me and send me a message and that I could cancel it. The dentist never said anything to me until after the visit was finished, he popped his head in real quick to say a very speedy "thank you". I have been to several dentists within my lifetime and have gone through many, many routine cleanings and check-ups. This was not normal. This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. I can see why some people are afraid to go to the dentist with occurrences like this happening. I gave two stars only because the girls at the check-in desk and the X-ray technician were wonderful to interact with, the main point of going to a dentist, the dentist, was terrible though. I will not be returning.

Had a great first experience. I called with tooth pain got right in and fixed up. Staff was so friendly and nice and gentle. Recommended this office to my sister who has since called and got her first appointment scheduled as well already!
