It's always a pleasant experience visiting Dr Cusack's office.  I greatly appreciate the excellent service and treatment I always receive.  I've seen Dr Cusack for years now and I value his honest opinion towards my dental care. I would highly recommend Dr Cusack to family and friends!

Dr. Cusack and his staff are great.  I had an implant and it was painless and easy. I would recommend his office to my family and friends. Great staff, very professional and friendly. I have been to many dentists over the years and Dr. Cusack is the best.

Dr. Cusack and his staff were a pleasure to work with.   They were accomodating to our families needs.  The environment was fun for kids and made the entire experience a positive one for my daughter.  Her teeth look beautiful.  I would recommend Cusack Orthodonics highly.  Thank you, Kristin O'Dea.

I visited Dr. Cusack's office on four occasions.  The first time I saw Dr. Cusack and was offended by what I perceived to be a condescending attitude.  The next three visits, I refused to see Dr. Cusack and was treated by members of his staff and by Dr. Schoff.  I was quite pleased with the professionalism and quality of care I received from Dr. Schoff and the staff at this office.
