Friendly place. Love the employees, they are very nice. Love that they have a play area for the kids. It keeps them entertained. Doctors are very nice as well.

Staff is wonderful. they are caring, were very attentive to my needs. There was no hassle of a waiting time. depending on the date they could get me in within the week or even the same day. I've had two different doctors and both of them were very professional and educated. I do and have recommended to my family and friends.

The staff here did very well with my kids. I was impressed with the professionalism  of the staff. Can get busy during evening hours.

I was referred to Familia Dental by a local because I am not originally from this area. I was told I had 2 cavities. These cavities had never bothered me before but I took their advice to get them filled. Since they've been filled I can't even chew on one side of my mouth because one of the treated teeth is SO incredibly painful when pressure is applied. I went back in to have it checked out and-- without numbing me-- the dentist went back in to check it out and I was jumping out of my chair in pain. He refilled the tooth and had his assistant give me flouride. I just took my first bite of food and the pain is worse than before on that tooth. I will NEVER go back there again- I will pay out of my pocket to have someone actually address the issue somewhere else.

I chose a 1 star because -5 wasn't available.  This place is a joke.  They wouldn't perform work covered by my insurance, just wanted to upsell me to a $500 cleaning!  I just wanted x-rays and a cleaning.  They refused.  This was after the fiasco with my initial appointment when they claimed my insurance wasn't valid.  So after I prove that my insurance is valid, I get another run around.  This company is a scam.  I believe their offices are in "low income" neighborhoods, so that they can prey on the less fortunate.  I'll be filing a BBB notice.
