Had a really awful patronizing experience with the nurse who cleaned my teeth. She was being incredibly rude to me, and she was being rather careless with her cleaning tools. She cut my lower lip (not my gums) with her cleaning pick and then scolded me for flinching. She told me to quit being a child because "she was barely touching me". I've been going to this office for over a year now and I have never had a good experience.

Had a fantastic experience here, AND I WAS GETTING CAVITIES FILLED!  Dr. Hansen was kind enough to walk me through the process as it was being performed, and showed me very detailed before and after pictures, which verified that his initial diagnosis was 100% accurate.  This dentistry was the most professional, friendly, and efficient establishment I have dealt with.  Would recommend!!!

Dr. Hansen and his entire staff are the best. They make me feel very comfortable. They are friendly, caring, and always pleasant. They always tell you exactly what they are going to do and how long it should take, so you can go in prepared and not be surprised by anything. I never wait long for my appointments, usually they are ready for me when I arrive. Overall, great dentist, I would highly recommend him!

Hansen Family Dentistry has a friendly and knowledgeable staff and inviting atmosphere. Dr. Kirk took the time to answer all my questions. In addition, he took the time to explain the procedure he was doing. I like the fact that the practice is family owned and operated.  Dr.  Kirk is continuing to work with patients that have been visiting the practice for many years. I trust Dr. Kirk Hansen's dental work and will continue to go to Hansen Family Density for my checkups and dental care.
