I hate going to the dentist. My first visit went okay.  Due to my anxiety over the dentist and my having not been to the dentist in a while, my next few visits were not pleasant, however on occasion set backs are to be expected with anything. (Especially care related). The office did everything they could to make me feel safe and comfortable. My last visit was amazing. I absolutely love Dr. Clinton. As long as she is at this office I will not go anywhere else. She truly embodies what it should look like to take care of patients. The only reason 4 stars were given instead of 5 is because of the experiences between the first one and the last one. Hats off to this staff for dealing with me, even at my most difficult.

First appointment was great. I had not been to the dentist in a few years and I was so embarrassed! No need to worry- they made me feel very comfortable. Ali was a great hygienist. She was very informative, educated me and I felt that she was very capable of her job. I learned more in this appointment than I ever have in other dentist offices thanks to Ali. Thank you for taking the time to explain things. Dr. Clinton was sweet, timely and I am so happy to have switched to this office.

I've had great experiences,  but have been getting a bill after having paid off my balance.  I talked to someone once a month about it since Nov or Dec.  Every single person was kind and said they would look into it., and a month later I would get another bill.  No one could give me an answer or bill as an itemized list.   Recently I spoke with Crystal, who actually did look into it,  audited my account, and found the problem. She kept in contact,  no empty promise,  and told me how to expect to go forward.  She is very professional and friendly and I hope this practice realizes what a gem they have with her! Thank you for your hard work and making sure to communicate with me,  Crystal!

Used to really like this place. Now they are only about money and they are rude. If you don’t have money upfront, they will not do your service, even though they have been paid hundreds of dollars from is before. Well they lost a lot of customers this way and a lot of recommendations. I will go anywhere else besides here.

LAST UPDATE: Office worked with us to get our billing issue resolved. Also, my wife who had a tooth filled by a temporary dentist at Peoria Dental before the new dentists took over and it was still bother her a lot. New dentist refilled it free of charge. She is still in pain and not sure if the refilling will change anything, but we sure hope so. Thank you for starting over with us and your willingness to correct past issues we had with billing and service.

**** Have been double charged by the office and paid it, has never been corrected. Every time I went in, major work was needed. My wife also had 2 insignificant  cavities (according to dentist) turn into a needed crown and 3 more cavities within 2 months. Just a never ending story.. I have a hard time believing this office genuinely cares about your dental health and I tend to believe it is more about what can we charge you. Prove me wrong please?
