These company is amazing. They helped me and cared about me from the minute I walked in the door. My change in work and insurance status took both myself and the company for a whirlwind adventure but we got it all figured out and I got my teeth cleaned as scheduled. I couldn't have been more thankful for how patient, kind, and understanding the whole team was with my situation! Maple Shade was referred to me by a good friend and previous co-worker, I'm so glad she told me about them!!

I’ve always had a great experience at this office (I’ve only needed my teeth cleaned)! Everyone is super friendly and they make you feel comfortable in their office. My appointments are always on time and I’m in and out within 30 mins!

The whole experience was good they explained everything before they did anything . My grandson always wants to know things before they do them. Everyone there is very professional and nice we appreciate the time they took with us !

Both the hygienist and the dentist was very polite and thorough. Both asked if I had any concerns or problems with my teeth. I would recommend anyone to go to this group. Even received a call the next day to see if my filling still feels fine or if there was any problems. Dr Susan was very polite, had the filling done in a short amount of time, and is a delight to be around. Thank you Dr Susan and staff.

I have been coming to Maple Shade for several years. I used to see Dr. Connelly, who was absolutely wonderful.  I was always embarrassed about the state of my teeth, and he took the time to explain the role of genetics and getting "all the fires" put out at once so things didn't spread and get worse.  
I left for a couple years, during which time Dr. C. had left for another practice.  I returned recently to see another doctor who extracted four root tips.  After the Novocain wore off, the pain was immense, and I called to inquire about it.  I had been given no antibiotics or painkillers, which was fine, but I worried about the intense pain and asked if I shouldn't come back in.  The office simply prescribed me Tylenol 3's, which didn't work, and the pain continued well into the night.  I tried calling the "emergency dentist" several times to no avail.  S/he never returned my call.  Unable to sleep and in severe pain, I had to go to the ER, where they immediately put me on antibiotics and stronger painkillers.  The pain lessened a bit but never fully went away.  I slept poorly.
The next morning, I immediately tried to return to the E. Peoria office to have the site, which was red and swollen by this point, examined, but they had to send me to Dunlap, as that was where my original dentist was working that day.  By then, I had been in pain for nearly twenty-four hours and felt unfit to drive all the way out to Dunlap.  Luckily, a family member drove me, where I was only told that the procedure had gone "just fine."  I felt dismissed and ignored.  
Fortunately, the antibiotics must've started working, as the pain began slowly to subside that afternoon.  I now, however, owe the hospital over a thousand dollars for the ER visit and have decided to find a new dentist.  I adored Maple Shade for several years, but they let me down horribly.  They could've simply seen me that first day when I called back or at least had the emergency dentist return my call.
