Had a wonderful experience at this Beautiful office. They made sure to explain and even show me pictures of why I had to have the work done. I knew I was in pain when I called and they got me in and even was able to do treatment that day.

Gretchen was able to get me in on very short notice and even took the time to call me right back to schedule my appointment. Upon arrival Gaylee, my dental hygienist had me back and was taking the X-rays I needed within 10 minutes. She was so helpful, even taking the time to save my X-rays on a flash drive for me. Gaylee and Gretchen truly made this visit to the dentist refreshingly pleasant rather than anxious!!

I wouldn't even give them one star! I had my appointments getting cavities filled and sat in a chair for 4 hours with a supportive wedge in between my teeth waiting on the doctor to see other patients in the middle of my care, which happened on every occasions that I had treatment there. I had an bill that I was making monthly payments on even though I was disputing it with them and my 2 insurance policies and they sent it to collections without warning. I would call them for an explanation as to why my insurance explanation of benefits was different than what their billing me and I would be told that someone from their accounting department would call me back but they would never actually call. I call the collection agency and they tacked on a $600 fee even though they sent it 3 days ago. DO NOT GO TO THIS office for your dental needs you'll surely regret it!

I am very particular about the doctors and dentists I see, and when I find one I like I stick with them. I have received excellent care from the entire staff and feel comfortable with both Dr. Dang and Dr. Koby. They put my mind at ease, answer all my questions and make sure I am satisfied with my experience and the result, whether it be a cleaning or a crown. The front desk staff is helpful and professional. I am thankful for the skilled, affordable care this office has provided me for the past several years.

Needed an old crown reglued, friend said they have all new equipment, thought I would try it out. People were very friendly, too Friendly! Took x-rays, dentist came in, looked and said there was decay under the crown and I need a new crown, they can start right away. Then came in the office manager, she said sign here and we can get started! I looked and laughed saying are you serious? I told her I was not going to pay $1900, that I would have it pulled instead. She says if it helps we can work out a payment plan. She starts saying how important a good smile is and I won't have one (apparently she didn't notice when I talk or smile you cannot see my teeth)! She left and returned a few minutes later and said the dentist will take $300 off. I said no thanks, you would have thought I just got the plague, I payed $ 123 for this enjoyment! I left and went to a dentist on Cortez, whom I had seen before, made appt for next day. Went there and they took x-rays and dentist checked, asked him if there was any decay under the crown ( did not mention I had already seen another dentist) he said there is no decay and everything was fine and reglued the crown ! The total cost was $ 149. So apparently, like doctor's, you better get a second opinion. The thing bothering me most is She was going to do unnecessary work on me! I certainly would not recommend this place without at least a second opinion.
