Blown away. 

I just came home from my first appointment with Dr. Walker and his staff. Every business (not just dental) could learn something by spending just 10 minutes in that office. They take customer service seriously. I would have expected this type of treatment at a Zagat rated restaurant.

The lady at the front desk was patient, extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and immediately put me at ease. Having just left the military I have zero experience dealing with insurance companies; she helped me navigate the paperwork with zero difficulty.

The assistant (hygienist?) repeated the same behavior I experienced upon checking in. Calming, polite, and knowledgeable are a few words that come to mind. She made my follow-up appointment immediately after the procedure was finished.

Dr. Walker, without hesitation, introduced himself, explained what needed to be done, administered a local anesthetic, performed the procedure, and answered any and all questions while carrying on an easy-going conversation all in a span of maybe 25 minutes. It was remarkable.

My visit to the office was as stress-free as could be imagined. This type and quality of service is what I imagine concierge medicine to be like without the annual membership dues or generally higher prices. Needless to say I will be bringing my entire family to Dr. Walker's office with zero hesitation.
