Walker Dental cured me of my fear of the dentist. 

Dr Walker is very good at what he does. I hadn't seen a dentist in 10+ years due to a phobia and (having had a root canal, crown & a filling put in) now I don't mind it at all! 

Gina (admin) is extremely helpful. She is accommodating and informative and when Delta Dental screwed up , she had called me to tell me about it before I had even realized there was a problem....and then told me who to call at Delta to fix it! 

Top notch care from compitant professionals. First rate practice.

I received what sounded like a reasonable quote based on their service cost and their review of my insurance coverage. Later I get a bill for double the amount I was quoted because apparently the office charged that much much more than maximum coverable charge by Delta Dental. No mention was made of this--and it can't be the first time this has happened. I feel cheated and will not be returning. It has also been a struggle to get someone to answer the phone in the afternoon during posted business hours even an hour before closing.

I've been a patient of Walker Dental for over 15 years.  I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Walker or any of his team, and it's well worth my time to make the trip to Harvard Square to see them.  They are competent, friendly, and kind.  Their offices and techniques are modern and up-to-date.  I would happily recommend them to a friend or colleague.

Chipped my tooth; they squeezed me in the next day (as a new patient). In and out in 25 minutes and the tooth looks great.
