After being left on hold and hearing how Dr Brauns staff is so caring I finally got cut off.  Assuming it was my cel phone I immediately called back to find that the staff was out to lunch and I could call back at 1:15.  Of course that is not going to happen.  I will take my money elsewhere and spend it.
