I've been going to this eye doctor for years, and it seems to get worse every time I go. Aaron Sobal is great by the nurses there are HORRIBLE! For my appointment I am constantly being yanked from room to room with no explaniation as to why.. But the real kicker is Ive been trying to get a different brand of contacts since october (its almost april) and I have called them at least 7 different times and no one has ever called me back. The last time I called the nurse actually got snippy with me, like I was just being impatient, like waiting 6 months for contacts is normal, or my request for someone to actually do their job was absurd. I also requested bio true 1-day lenses, which she then informed me, in the most condecending tone I've ever experienced when requesting customer service, that bio true is a brand of soultion, and doesnt make contacts.. Welll, if you take about 2 seconds to look that up on the interenet, you will see they indeed do make 1 day lenses, and she is clearly an idiot. Luckily 1-800-Contacts still shipped me my old prescription, or I would be out of luck, clearly my eye doctor doesnt care if I can see or not. Do yourself a favor, get your eyes checked at wal mart.
