First Family Fare I had ever visited, and it's a pretty great store. They have a wide selection of groceries and other products.

The prices are a little higher than I'd like, but I guess that's what happens when they're the only big grocery store in Marshall. Family Fare is like western Michigan's Polly's Country Market.

One thing I do want to say, though, is that the bottle return room needs to be attended to more often. Every time I go in there, there are always machines that are out of order or full. The person in charge usually just pulls out the bin, shakes it a little, and then puts it back, as opposed to emptying it.

Also, why can't self-checkout lanes give money back for bottle deposits? I feel pretty out of place waiting in line at a cashiered-station while other people buy cartloads of groceries, just to get my deposit cashed. It takes forever.

Not very good. Prices are way to high compared to other stores. They don't have a very big selection of items, it's more their store brand they are shoving down our throats. I go to Battle Creek when I can as do a lot of Marshall residents.

My trip to Family Fare was very good today I found a place and very clean and the people are very very young nice everyone was nice never had a problem with no one they all seem to be in a decent mood that's hard to find

Always fresh produce and store is very clean. Prices are a tad higher than Meijer but still reasonable. Always polite staff as well.
