They're all polite however I'm not happy with the financial aspect. They neglected to mention they were out of network with my insurance. Had 2 fillings placed and did not explain to me the differences in the composite vs amalgam, they just told me they were placing fillings. Insurance does not cover composite (white) fillings on posterior teeth. I called the dentist office and they said that no, insurance companies don't typically cover these. I then asked if they still offer the amalgam (silver) fillings and she said yes. So they placed these fillings knowing that they wouldn't be covered and never once mentioned the option for amalgam fillings. So I now have to fork over several hundred dollars for something that should have been covered have they had spoke to me about options. I will not be back.
