I wouldn't change my doctor (Ophiem), or the building I go to. (Dakota dunes). I am very happy with the service I get from all the people I encounter during a visit.

I've been going here for many yrs. The physicians and the staff are wonderful people. The wait time is "generally good" on most visits. It is to be expected (very few) wait times may be longer due to more people needing unexpected care.

Told me to get here early... done. Waited 1.5 hours still haven't seen anyone. Checked in 3 times told me it would be a moment... this place is garbage. They have seen the entire building before me. There were about 20 people, some coming in AFTER me were seen. This isn't an er... and I should not be charged for this bs.

I love my Family Health Care clinic!  My doctors and the whole staff have been there for me for many years, in many ways, and for several family members!  Caring!  Friendly!  Always doing the best they can to help!

I have been going to the Dakota Dunes Clinic for a number years.  Everyone is very friendly.  I love Dr. Schenk.  I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes the wait time is excessive.  However, it does seem to be getting better.
