Won't be back the machines that do work which are few,don't work good. I'd rather wash my clothes in a creek somewhere. This place is filthy and buggy and  poorly maintained!!! To say the least.

Firstly, they are not 24 hours. They close at 10 PM. The doors "automatically lock" at 10 PM, whatever that means. Do not go here. Having found myself unexpectedly needing to extend my stay in Jackson, I needed a laundromat to wash my clothes. Being late on a Sunday night, there are not a lot of options. Historically, laundromats may not provide the best machines or environment but are good enough. Not true for Family Laundry. Do not presume the washer or dryer works, nor presume that the change slot is working. There is litter scattered throughout the floor. Nearly every machine is broken. Detergent draws are broken or missing. Blue tape covers broken buttons. When I finished my wash, there was a backwash of sludge in the front door gasket, with material in there that wasn’t part of my wash. The change machine had only one working dispenser. There was no detergent available for purchase.

It’s as if this place is open on a dare or bet.

Terrible. Google says open 24\7 which I can understand that mishaps happen. But when their own personal sign on the door says open 7 days a week 6am to 10pm and for 2 days in a row the doors have been locked. Sounds like they couldn't pay their bills due to being a "terrible facility. " Phone is disconnected too

Of the 2 rows of washing  machines there was 5. Five total. That were operational. Of which I used the super capacity 6 load unit for one bag of laundry, put $3 in after I put my detergent in. When I go to start it says ask for assistance, out of order. Big surprise, Noone is here to assist anyone. Wasted detergent and money. Take my laundry out to use a different machine, have to buy detergent. No big deal either.... surprise machine takes your money for detergent and gives no detergent.

So now I'm down $4 and 3* tide pods. And I have to go to the store to buy detergent now. Great business being ran here. Real bottom of the line. I swear by all things holy that If I go to dry laundry and the machines are messed up I will break their windows out. Maybe then they will have to fix something.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star let alone a review. Almost nothing works and the machines are in poor condition. This place should be condemned.
