My experience at Midtown Coin Laundry was outstanding yesterday. I was washing a king sized bedspread and the attendant working on 8/19/17 was knowledgeable, helpful, insightful, sensitive to the needs of all who were washing their clothes, and able to handle a client who could have caused problems. He advised me on how much soap to put in and what cycle to use and I'm sure that made the difference. The large fairly expensive bedspread my aunt had given me had a good sheen and I didn't want to lose that in the cleaning process, but it did need cleaning. The sheen is still there and it looks like new. The washers all seemed to be working and clean, but the attendant made the difference. Anytime you work with the public, it's challenging, but this man rose to the challenge and exceeded it. An outstanding employee! I would give him a raise. Very happy!! Will highly recommend this laundry to others. Would definitely come back!

Clean, great size washers and dryers. The attendant the day I went was very nice. I was able to wash all my clothes in two hours because the dryers were so huge and inexpensive and there were enough to choose from that day.

This place is clean, airy & quiet if you go at the right time. I used to go to Rainbow coin laundry near the U of M.. It never felt like my clothes were washed in hot water. Here, though, I can tell they are. The prices are comparative but I spend less time here on the same amount of clothes. The only thing I don't like is that the smallest front-loads somehow kick a detergent pod and/or single sock onto the window rim. That's easily solved by using the regular top loaders.

Ever since I came to Midtown I had gone to a coin laundry over on Cleveland whenever my washer/dryer went down.  I've in the last year decided to try the Midtown Coin Laundry out twice and both times the experiences were fantastic.  The first time it was very quiet laid back, got in and out without any hassle.  The second time, which was today, I went in on a Saturday which was as active as one would expect for that day of the week.  I ended up having to use one of the front load units since the top loads were mostly occupied and I had about 2-3 loads worth to do.  I asked the guy at the counter what the capacity was on the medium unit and he explained in detail that it would handle 4 loads easily, went over the basic operation (how to get extra wash/rinse, cost/etc) and more or less gave me more than I was expecting.  

I got my wash in and dried it in about an hour which really had me pleased since I was expecting to probably be there until 10-10:30am (got there about 8:20am).  I even got to witness the guy at the counter assisting an older woman out with her laundry despite her not even asking for the help.  

Overall a great experience and if my machines ever breakdown in the future I know where I'll be going from now on.
