We were referred there to have them take a look at my son's broken hand. We came in with the x-rays and the knowledge from the doctor who casted him that there was a fracture. 15 minutes or so - doctor said nothing could be done and we were sent a bill for ~1000. Make sure you get a quote or have insurance that will blindly pay the oversized charges. Buyer beware - I wish I would have read the reviews...

So many negative reviews, and I cant understand why! I'll keep mine short and sweet. I saw Ryan Hamm, PA-C on 12-27 for some knee pain. He did an exam, ordered an MRI, and it was discovered that I had a torn meniscus. He called me the day after the MRI, and explained the findings. I was referred to Dr. Samual Steiner, who again went over the findings, and explained what he could do to try to repair my knee. I felt very well informed throughout the entire process. Surgery was scheduled and performed, as far as I can tell, within the quoted coverage by my insurance company. I can't imagine receiving any better care than that which I received from Ryan Hamm, Dr. Steiner, my anesthesiologist, (whose name I cant recall) and the entire staff of orthopedic associates in Pewaukee. Although I hope to never have to see any of you again, as that means I'm hurting somewhere, if I ever do require further services, I will certainly return to your facility! My wife and I thank you for fixing me up!

Some bad and some good news. Let us begin with the good. I was going in for a carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand and I am left handed. Keep that in mind, important later. The nurses were very nice. Thank God for them or I believe I might have tried to walk away mid surgery. Now bad. I have to have extra anesthesia than your average patient and have literally woken up from general anesthetic and I informed them of this. I only had a local for this surgery and I told them I could still feel it and until I started wiggling around and crying then they believed me. I just wanted to get out of there like a bat out of hell End result, I lived. You decide.

Dr. Papendrea is the best surgeon I have ever had. I fell on my right arm several years ago and tore the tendon in my elbow. Every doctor told me they could not help me. I would have to live with the pain. After surgery I went to PT at the clinic for three months. Happy to say I'm playing golf again.

I am rating this 1 star mainly for the follow up to my visit, or more appropriately, the lack of follow up. I was seen by Dr. Bong on 12/7 for literally 5 minutes, after having my case reviewed by his PA for 10 minutes. The course of treatment decided upon needed to be pre-approved by my insurance company, which was to be done by Dr. Bong's team. Fine. It is now 17 days later and I still do not know if the treatment has been approved or not. I communicated with Dr. Bong's admin assistant who said she would follow up with the person in charge of obtaining the approval, and get back to me. Nothing yet. One reply for the reason for the delay was that it was the insurance company's fault and because it is near the end of the year they "drag their feet", hoping I will change insurances? Regardless, I believe I will go somewhere else or back to my primary for assistance. When the bill comes due from OAW, they will wait as long for payment as I have been waiting for their help.
