Family Medical Walk-In Clinics, Inc. is an urgent care medical facility; we were founded in 1997 and have REMAINED independently owned and operated since we first opened our doors! We offer a wide variety of medical services including; urgent care, primary care, work related services, and non-surgical orthopedic care. Our urgent care and work related services are available by simply walking into any of our locations; while our primary care and non-surgical orthopedic care is available by appointment only. Our clinical team is composed of highly skilled physicians, physicians’ assistants, and family nurse practitioners.

This place is incredible. If you've ever experienced services in other states they are way over priced. This place is excellent for meeting your walkin needs at a VERY reasonable price.

I wouldn’t give this place not even 1 star if I didn’t have to, to leave a comment. They were extremely rude. One girl in particular by the name of Katie who is sitting at the front desk when you first walk in should not even be allowed to greet people seeing as how her personality is less than acceptable. She had such a bad attitude that she made another patient storm out crying. I’m not one for saying that a person should lose their job but if this girl hates her job that much and doesn’t like helping people then she needs to stay far away from the medical field. I am so furious with how my fiancé was treated and how I saw her treat others. Thank god for the PA that was there, he was so nice and made the rest of the experience very pleasant, it’s just a shame it started off so terrible.

My children got scabies because my son got it from his daycare, then the hole house got it. I took my children in there. They weren't really itching yet. The nurses walk in and ask us what's going on, then they send the nurse in after getting all of the information I just posted and more. They proceeded to send the doctor in. The doctors first words were, " so let me get this straight, you are wanting to get treatment for kids who have nothing?" Uh Yes? Excuse me doctor, but your nurses obviously need to be fired. Because they are not accurately relaying information. Not at all. Terrible service. Terrible nurses and a very sarcastic rude doctor.

When it comes to ear infections, strep throat, etc. I'd highly recommend the Walk-in clinic... unless you'd rather spend 2 hours at Urgent Care or take off work for a Primary Dr. visit. Every time we've come over the past few years it's been quick and easy. We've never had to wait more than 15-20 minutes in the waiting room (we usually go early in the morning or late at night) and the staff has always been thorough and fast.

I went in because I had injured my toe about a month prior to coming in. I didn’t go in sooner thinking it would get better. Either way my toe was throbbing off and on and it hurt a great deal to walk. The pain was tolerable. If fact when I was asked what my pain level was I gave the nurse a 5 and informed him it only hurt when I walked but didn’t hurt the whole time. I wasn’t in there looking for pity or pain meds. I just wanted to make sure my toe was ok and I wasn’t doing anymore damage by walking on it. Anyhow the nurse, who was male, was an absolute ass. The doctor was just cold. The only people in there that were decent were the lady at the front desk and the lady who took my X-ray. In fact she was the nicest worker there. Point in writing this, when ppl visit the urgent care or ER and least have a little compassion. If you hate ppl that much find a new job. Only good thing I can say is we got in and out within 2-3 hours but I was treated like a junky and shown no compassion whatsoever. I’d rather wait 8 hours at mercy and have ppl treat me with respect then ever go there again regardless of the short wait. The lady doctor and the male nurse need a lesson in dealing with the public and being a little more polite! Shame on you.
