Waited over an hour past our appointment time, there male nurse helping Dr. Burns (from Austin) was completely rude to me and my daughter. He caused a scene after telling me he was frustrated for referrals coming in with no xrays. He was loud, waving his arms around. Completely unprofessional. We left as fast as possible. I do not recommend this facility and have contacted Tricare to not refer any other military members or our children here. That nurse needs to stay home if he can't check his attitude.

I came in with a 4 day fever, chills and mild cough.  No labs, no cxr.  I was told by Dr. Gold I had a virus. I was seen in the ER less than 24 hours later diagnosed with pneumonia.

Dr. Patterson has very little empathy or understanding for the better interest of his clients and should be ashamed for such unprofessionalism.
Nice, clean, updated facility with an amazing staff. The nurses are extreamly friendly and seem to honestly care about the people they're working with. Unfortunately it doesn't matter how nice a building looks or how much the nurses care when the actual doctor is a complete a-hole to his own clients. Dr. Patterson apparently makes his decissions based off his own personal feelings, not professional knowledge, with total disregard for the better interest of those depending on him. My wife left his office literally in tears after inquiring about obtaining an "emotional" support dog for her severe anxiety attacks and depression. He gave a story of his grandson having an allergic reaction to a service dog on a plane thus now he's completely against any form of support animal and states that if you have to leave the house, "you should shove the dog in a kennel where it belongs". Then porceeded to make my wife feel like a liar, only trying to scam a way to keep her dog around her. Great thing to do with a person suffering from depression and severe anxiety attacks. Thanks a-hole, now I have to deal with the carnage.

The nicest feature is definantly how nice the nurses and doctors are. I was able to get seen very quickly for 2 out 3 visits.

Dr Mark Lane is our family doctor and he has always done right by us no complaints  he and the clinic and the staff at FMC are the best.
