My visit was just fine, however my experience after the fact has been aweful! The office decided what to bill and not to bill my insurance resulting in an error on their part and an overcharge on my contact lenses. After numerous calls I have yet to receive my refund check! My visit was in Aug. and we are now in Dec. I would be very cautious before you take your business here and know what your insurance covers and make sure they bill your insurance appropriately!

I had a very positive experience with this office. Staff was courteous and helpful. The best part was I walked in thinking I had to pay out of pocket as I do not have Vision insurance, but turned out the young lady asked me for my medical insurance and come to find out, some medical actually cover one eye exam per year...although they do not cover the glasses, that's okay...This was good to know. Thanks Lampasas Eye Care!

Very positive experience every time I'm there.  I had never worn contacts before so I made multiple trips to get my prescription correct.  Everyone was patient with me as I transitioned to a contact wearer.  I am always greeted with a smile and a kind word or two.

I am so incredibly happy to have found Lampasas Eye Care. I have been to several different "big named" eye care establishments and never was treated as well as I was at Lampasas Eye Care. I was immediately greeted by the front desk ladies who were all very nice and welcoming.  I was comfortable throughout my entire exam,  and I never felt uninformed. A huge  A+++ from me!
