I have been a patient here for 9 years and in that time they have done absolutely nothing to help me. They are beyond incompetent and more often than not you ignore you are rude to and as of recently denied me medication I've been on for over a year because they they schedule my tests long after its left my system. They also neglected to tell me this was happening for the past 9 months. If you're currently a patient your best bet is to find another practice. If you're a new patient then keep looking. They didn't give me the help i needed when I was having stomach issues and kept ignoring me when i wad in there 4 times a month asking why I'm having these symptoms

Doctor Waugh is great. Other than that I don't have much positive to say other than they're really great at passing you off to other people I.e. 'call your insurance' or referring me to an entirely incorrect specialists on multiple occasions. Spinal injury led to a foot doctor referral most recently. And I'm treated like I made the mistake.

I LOVE Family Medicine!!!! I originally switched there because my doctor at another practice moved to this one. She is very knowledgeable and understood me and my body well since she too used to be a former gymnast. While in High School my schedule sometimes kept me from seeing her but the other doctors are just as great. Everyone is friendly and very helpful even on the phone. I couldn't ask for a better place to go for my medical needs.
