I wish to express my extreme satisfaction with the team of two men who moved our belongings February 2, 2018. They were expedient, friendly and very efficient. Each worked tirelessly and we were delighted right from 'start to finish'. The final cost was less than the estimate which was awesome. Prior contact was made to confirm the moving date and to answer any additional questions. I fully recommend Family Movers Express for your moving needs

If I had it to do over again I would print my name on each box and number each box. That way I would be able to identify missing belongings better. I'm not blaming anyone because I don't know who to blame, but still missing at least two boxes with personal items in them-not replaceable-family things that seem to be gone forever. The only way I know items are missing is because similar items were packed in different boxes and we have those. Owner says he's looked but can't find any misplaced boxes. Our things were in storage in Oviedo but now that location is closed and they are working out of Orlando. Don't know if that is part of the problem. Their ads indicate 2 locations, but that is not accurate. I'm just sick about losing old family items that can never be replaced. Charlotte Smith

My crew was Joseph and Alex. I was moved yesterday. Both guys were respectful, polite and showed up on time at 8am as promised. The company was referred to me by my Realtor. I would definitely use them again
