I hardly have to go and sadly I hardly ever see my Doctor due to many reasons. Shelly Boone is great though! She does listen very well and generally seems to care so I would happily give her 5 stars. 
Reasons for the 3 star rating: I was having asthma issues and I called in to get an appointment....they gave me one 2 1/2 weeks later and I didn't accept it. For that I ended up going to a walk-In doctor office and they helped me the same day. Before that I made an appointment for some other issue and who ever I ended up with that day did not listen to me one bit. I explained in detail and what they wrote down as per what I went in for was no where near anything I mentioned :( The last reason was that when my son was going there they lost his medical files...they lost mine as well but found them a year later. My son ended up at a new Doctor for his age and of course starting a brand new medical record.

I have spoken a couple times now to the front desk staff asking for basic information on doctors and the staff didn't even know the email address for the doctor, and since the doctor is out of town this week, she didn't even offer to transfer me to the voicemail of the doctor...she just said I need to call back when the doctor gets back in town.  I'd think they should at least let me leave a message (with the staff or the voicemail) and that they would be educated on what their email is.
