Dr. Jamie is FANTASTIC!   She listen's to her patients, and BELIEVES their words, when they've been through something tremendous and LIFE ALTERING.   She get's a 5 star rating from me, Retired RN, DON.
The receptionist is very sweet.
On the other hand, the certified, licensed, specialized staff don't believe a word you tell them; make INCORRECT decisions about YOUR care without your say-so, AGAINST your wishes; don't work together as a team to make the office run smoothly, for example, I was seen in the ER 2 days before, and I CALLED them to tell them.....while talking to an individual, NO  DRAMA, THEY (4 in total) kept calling me (!) I couldn't even finish MY call, and in a PANIC/ATTACK, due to my condition, (unable to handle OVERSTIMULATION), I had a melt down and HUNG UP!   Also related to another diagnosis of mine, Bipolar Disorder.....haven't had an exacerbation of my condition for YEARS; after asking for 1-2 months for all new hand written prescriptions.....so I could fill them as I could afford them, instead of the mail order pharmacy, the same person REFUSED to give me the scripts; I was repeatedly told "NO", and being WITHOUT my medications ENDANGERED my life; the individual will call you a liar to your face, even though YOU are the one WITH the EXPERIENCE, they are NOT; this individual DIDN'T even recognize a Bi-polar Crisis when it was SMACK in their face!   That individual also REFUSED to write a letter to my insurance co. so they would cover my medicine costs!!!
I really respect Dr. Jamie and would recommend her BUT NOT her "factory mentality" minded staff from the 40's or 50's!
Can't give but ONE star.   Don't want anyone else to SUFFER like I did.
