If I could give this business zero stars, I definitely would. I've never had a decent experience at this office. The office staff is totally incompetent and can't even work a fax machine properly, leading me to not be able to get an extremely important prescription filled for five entire days. They never return my calls after promising they will and doctors have had to call me numerous times to apologize for the carelessness of their office staff. The office staff is also shockingly rude and go above and beyond to show that they do not care at all about the needs of their patients. On several occasions, I have scheduled appointments with Dr. Barbara to find out after I arrive at the office that I had actually been scheduled with Nurse Practioner Ingrid without being notified. If there is any advice I can offer someone interested in visiting this doctor's office, PLEASE save yourself the stress and trouble and make an appointment somewhere else. You will regret going here.

Horrible! They don't call you when they need too change appointments. They lose paperwork. Rude staff . you wait forever. They don't call with lab results. But love to argue with you. Keep looking these people don't have a clue.

Worst place I've ever been to! Every time I call they never have appointments for that day nor the next. So if your sick don't count on getting in with them

I liked my doctor, but I can't deal with her office management. They are rude, and the most unorganized place I've ever seen. They forget everything, lose your paperwork, won't return calls, won't give doctors messages, won't call in scripts that they say they will. You would think they would be a little more apologetic, but instead they are rude. The office management is the problem. The doctors are great, but letting everyone else ruin their business. I suggest you don't waste your time here.
