Just got home. First time there. Whole reason for going was to get the new shots KY requires for school next year. Told them that when I made the appointment 2 months ago and turns out they don't do shots there! What kind of doctor doesn't do shots? Their waiting room and exam room needs painting BADLY. You can see bare wood. Yes, I know they rent, but still. After they put her in their computer they said I had to pay towards my deductible. I told them all I had to pay was the $15 copay and they would bill me the difference after the insurance paid their part. They said I hadn't paid toward the deductible yet this year, and I agreed. I asked them if they were in network and they said yes. I told them the insurance would pay some,  and then they'd bill me for the difference,  and if not they were the only doctor that didn't do it that way. They stopped disagreeing realizing I knew what I was talking about. Then when the doctor got into the room he never asked how she felt and never looked in her ears or nose or throat. Only used a stethoscope to listen to her lungs and heart. Then they told me the health department, where they send people for the shots, didn't take our insurance! When we checked out, they told us we HAD to make a follow-up appointment for either 1 or 3 months later. I asked why? They said it was their policy. The only thing I can think of is it's a way to get more money from you! There was nothing wrong with her and no reason for a follow up with them. We will not be coming back. The tv in the waiting room didn't work either, the sound and picture was out of sync.

First time, great service.  Very professional, and if you are a veteran this is the place go.  The Dr's are prior military and really take care of you!

I don't understand why everyone is giving them such bad reviews and ratings. I love this place. I'm a grown woman and have been scared of doctors my whole life...that was until I came here. They listen to you and don't pressure you to take any test you're not ready for and they always make sure every thing is always taken care of. I love this place and always look forward to my appointments here. And the review that stated that a Dr didn't like that she brought her kid, IDK who that was but I bring my 2 year old all the time with me and all the doctors are always super nice to her and myself.

I read the reviews in here and partially disagree with them. My wife was a patient at this clinic, we never had an issue with the staff. They were always nice and kind to us. We never had an issue with the front desk and our insurance was always processed correctly...! My wife used to see the tall doctor (i could never remember his name) he was always nice, very thorough  and extremely knowledgeable. He helped my wife get her diabetes under control like no doctor had done for years. Also, this seems like a very busy clinic, however it is very run down. It looks like no one has invested in years! Bathrooms are terrible and nasty. Last month we saw dr uddin for the second time, he was absolutely unprofessional, spend 5 min with us in the room, most of the time kept asking what do we need instead of looking at her chart. She had multiple questions left unanswered as the doctor opened the door and walked away urging us to come out and schedule another follow up visit for a month. We decided dr uddin was not a good fit to take care of my wife's health. Overall i would given this clinic a 1/5 if it was not for the kind and pleasant staff they employee.

The young brown headed guy doesn't like toddlers and asked me not to bring my toddler cuz she is to hyper and won't sit still this is uncalled for. Let me explain a child will be a child she is only 3.
