Then I don't mind this place it's not extremely busy at least when I go. I would enjoy having the place clean more often (more specifically the bathroom.)

The owner is very responsive to the issues with his business, that says a lot! I completely understand that things happen that are not in your control. Also, I did speak to you on the phone regarding a separate issue a while back on one of our previous visits & you came to the site to resolve the issue.
I didn't see your number on the board this time otherwise I would have called & would not have expressed my concerns on the review platform here. 
I understand you're super busy & may have other businesses as well. 
May I suggest hiring someone nearby the laundromat to handle phone calls & be available to go there to evaluate & resolve the issues that arise which may help resolve matters quickly rather than possibly seeing bad reviews that may be posted because there's no contact person posted for assistance? 
Again, thank you for your response & I didn't want anyone getting fired, I understand matters come up that are out of our control, I just wanted you to be aware of the way the premises were at that time, which I'm sure you saw when you arrived. 

In regards to my previous review below, I do want to thank you for addressing the issue so promptly.

(We went there today & found the laundromat very filthy...floors, Windows,  window seals, washers, behind the seats, every where was so filthy I could not stay there due to health concerns. I have a very low immune system & staying around that filth would have or may have already put me at risk for getting sick. My husband drove me home & he returned to the laundromat to finish our clothes but I do not see us going back in the future. I would suggest keeping the laundromat clean, people don't want to go wash their clothes in a filthy laundromat. Sorry but I've got to be honest.)

In Chicago for work brought minimum clothes found this place great experience. Machines great and owners extremely friendly.

I came here on a Tuesday because free dryers TUESDAYS the manager was nice friendly and knows what he's doing.
