I did some door work here and can attest to the owners investment in making sure their customers are priority number one. Trust me when I say I can read people's intentions--and this family owned business is a high quality establishment...run by very kind individuals.

I live in Western Springs and my dryer wasn't heating up so I used the dryers at Soni Coin Laundry. I had a Saturday of errand running and driving kids to hockey so I wasn't able to get to the laundromat until later. I put my things in the dryers and sat outside in my car while they were drying. The website and store window state they are open until midnight, but they automatically lock the doors an hour earlier. The owner was contacted but wouldn't come out. My clothes were locked inside until the next morning at 6am. I won't be back to use this business.
