They have always done well for us. Our dogs are pretty healthy so far, so it's hard for me to say how they do with really sick dogs. The service we have received for neutering and vaccinations and fleas have been good. Also, and I think this is important, when we take the dogs in they get happy and excited. 

On a slightly different note, we had a puppy die suddenly a few months ago. We felt terrible. The folks at Family Veterinary Clinic were very compassionate and helped us feel better. 
 
Anyway, we have been happy with them.

I have been with this great team since 2004 and have received nothing but great care for both my dogs! The doctors are awesome, the staff is efficient and helpful and the quality of care is fabulous!! I highly recommend the practice!!

Family Veterinary Clinic is the best!  Dr. Gaines and the staff are professional, caring and supportive to my service dog LaniBoy and me.  I am so blessed to have found them.

Caring and compassionate from the receptionists to the techs, to the vets.  We have seen several, if not all, of the vets there and always felt we have gotten the best care possible. I recently had to put down my most beloved feline friend and family member. Everyone there understood my pain and did their best to minimize it as much as they could.  I even got a sympathy card with hand-written messages messages from the staff that knew her.  That meant so much to me.

Raven was treated so well there, from the day we picked her up at the SPCA to her last days, 12.5 years later. All the staff were fantastic and always treated our puppy dog so well. On her last day, my husband and I were so emotional and they were there to support us. We couldn't say enough about them. If the time comes when we are ready for another, they will be the ones to use.
